If you build it, He will come. We are honored to be your chairs for the 47th Annual REACH Auction. This year’s theme is FIELD OF DREAMS, and we are excited to announce the in-person celebration will take place March 12, 2022, at Cheney Stadium. These past two years have brought extraordinary challenges, to which we have risen to meet as there is unity in adversity. Let’s celebrate unity while we celebrate 128 years of Catholic education. You are invited to join us for a catered meal, complimentary beverages, mobile bidding, and a live broadcast on the event night!
REACH 2022 will be unique, exciting and interactive! We are hosting a hybrid event with both in-person and remote opportunities. Many supporters will choose to join us in-person at Cheney Stadium, others will dial in from home to support our beloved school. No matter where you choose to play, know that your support makes our Field of Dreams possible!
The REACH Auction is our community’s primary fundraising event. It allows us to make critical improvements to students’ experiences while at St. Patrick School. Our fundraising goal for the 2022 REACH Auction is $350,000. This is a tall order and we cannot succeed without your assistance, and we are asking for your help.
We would be tremendously grateful for your help in donating an item (or several!) to the auction. Your donation is a direct investment in the future of St. Patrick Catholic School. To submit your contribution, please complete the following procurement form and return it to St. Patrick Catholic School before February 1, 2022 or download a fillable PDF here. Your commitment enables us to underwrite a portion of the auction, and allows more of the event revenue to go directly to educating our children. What a gift!
This year the procurement team is asking each family to help us procure items and make this the best auction yet. Several ways to help, both large and small, are listed below:
- Check out our Amazon Wish List! Purchase items from our Amazon Wish list and they will be sent directly to St. Pats School. It is a great and easy way to donate and support procurement. Items range in price from $14 and up. Our public wish list can be found on Amazon under: St. Patrick Catholic School REACH Auction 2022: REACH 22 Amazon Wish List
- Donate cash to our super shopper fund and we will do the shopping for you! Funds will be pooled to buy larger items off the wish list. Donations can be made to the development office. Any amount is appreciated.
- Procure an item from a local business and deliver it to the development office. Do you have a favorite business you frequent? Ask a local business such as a restaurant, hair or nail salon, interior decorator, car wash, pet grooming, or gym to support St. Pats.
- Do you have a timeshare, airline mileage, hotel points, outdoor excursions, sports, or concert tickets that you want to donate?
- Go in with another family or your child’s class and create a gift basket.
Our sincere hope is to achieve our fundraising goals, host a fun community-building event and share the opportunity of a Catholic education for current and future students.
