Antipasto Skewers - Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes with mozzarella cheese & salami, zucchini, sharp cheddar with seasonal squash
Lemon Basil Chicken Phyllo cups - Mini phyllo cups filled with blend of seasonal herbs, chicken, light mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon
First Course (Placed at each table)
Assorted Rustic Breads, Soft Bread Sticks, and White Rolls
Dinner Salad - Mixed greens with Gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes and candied walnuts with a pear vinaigrette
Second Course (Guests should RSVP with their meal choice at the time of ticket sale)

Delicious Marinated boneless beef short ribs served with a sour cherry demi-glace, fingerling potatoes with rosemary and roasted seasonal vegetable medley
Plated Meal Option #2 - Vegetarian Lasagna
Healthy comfort food at it's finest! Gluten free noodles, roasted seasonal vegetables, ricotta cheese and home made marinara sauce.
